Live in Peace Movement

Our mission is to bring peace and safety to our city, state, and nation by building up stronger communities and families through youth engagement, mentoring initiatives in the Detroit Public School System, and training and transforming incarcerated youth in the Wayne County Juvenile Center. We believe in crime intervention and prevention through conflict resolution, de-escalation to violence practices, crime, and consequence though process and mental crisis assistance.
Lastly, we will engage elected officials and all branches of government to advocate a less violent, cleaner, safer, social, and economic inclusive environment for the underserved lower income communities across Greater Detroit with our primary focus on engaging and improving youth and young adults ages 9-25 understanding to stop crime you must stop growing it.
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through education and resources. Join us in our mission to create a better future for all.
