At the LIP Movement Detroit, we are dedicated to building a safer, more inclusive Greater Detroit by breaking the cycle of violence before it begins. Through our Live In Peace Movement, we focus on youth empowerment programs, engaging young people in education and advocacy to encourage them to choose peace over crime. 

Engage: We mentor and transform youth within the Detroit Public School System and Wayne County Juvenile Center, guided by Pastor Mo Hardwick Detroit's vision for positive change. 

Resolve: Our initiatives include providing conflict resolution, de-escalation training, and mental health crisis assistance. 

Advocate: We partner with government officials to create cleaner, safer, and economically inclusive neighborhoods. 

Prevent: Our focus is primarily on those aged 9–25, because to effectively stop crime, we must prevent it from taking root in our communities.
