The Live In Peace Movement was born in 2013 after Pastor Mo and our team noticed a painful trend in Detroit, too many young people wearing “R.I.P.” shirts to honor friends lost to violence. For many in our neighborhoods, peace had become something people believed you only found after death.
We chose to change that narrative. By removing the “R” and leaving the “L,” Live In Peace became a movement with a simple message: you don’t have to die to live in peace. Our mission is to protect the living, uplift our youth, and remind every person that their life and dreams still matter.

We offer a variety of programs to help our clients get back on their feet. From job training to mental health counseling, we provide the resources and support necessary to help individuals achieve their goals. Learn more
You may hear us talk about CVI. This isn't just a buzzword; it’s a public health approach to safety. Traditional methods often react after a tragedy occurs. CVI is different because it focuses on proactive interruption. Learn More.
