It is aimed to remove negative influences and forge a path filled with positive influences, resulting in higher personal and academic achievement.
It is comprised of the three components, each having its own dedicated team.

The program operates on a quarterly (card marking) incentive cycle. Youth can earn sneakers through a points for grades-based system.
The program is particularly effective for young people who respond to tangible, culturally relevant rewards.
Target Participants Students Attending:
- Pershing High School
- Marion Law Academy
- Mason Academy
- Nolan Elementary
- Middle School Students with a 2.2 or below grade point average
- Students who may benefit from increased academic motivation.
- Students with inconsistent school engagement or academic performance

PATHWAY is a structured 10-week workforce development program designed to help participants overcome barriers to employment by:
▪ Building job readiness skills
▪ Connecting to apprenticeship and career trade opportunities
▪ Supporting access to proper identification and credentials
▪ Providing mentorship and individualized career planning

Faith-based gaming events that bring youth together through competition, connection, and conversation in a safe, supportive environment.

A positive rap and creative expression initiative that gives youth a platform to tell their stories without glorifying violence or destruction.

A community safety patrol program focused on preventing violence, promoting accountability, and maintaining peace through presence and de-escalation in high-risk areas.
